2022 - India cricket Women team on 21st September, 2022, recorded their highest-ever ODI total on England soil by registering 333/5 in their 50 overs in second ODI at St Lawrence Ground in Canterbury. India Women cricket team captain Harmanpreet Kaur top-scored with 143*(111), including 18 fours and four sixes. India Women cricket team's previous highest ODI total on England soil was 281/3, registered on June 24, 2017 in Derby.
2022 - Veteran Industrialists Ratan Tata, former Supreme Court Judge KT Thomas and former deputy Lok Sabha speaker Kariya Munda have been nominated as trustees of the PM Cares Fund.
2022 - The ICC on 21st September 2022, released the latest rankings for T201 batters, with India's Suryakumar Yadav overtaking Pakistan's Babar Azam. Suryakumar is now ranked third with 780 rating points, while Babar is fourth with 771 rating points. Pakistan's Muhammad Rizwan leads the rankings with 825 rating points. Suryakumar is the only Indian in the top 10.
