Tally Solutions is a software company which sells products like Tally Software, Tally ERP 9, Tally Developer 9, Tally Server 9 and Shoper 9. 
Tally software is a business accounting solution and is mainly used for creating Vouchers, Financial transactions and statements, Taxation and Billings in Industries and retail units. Tally Software was developed by the late Shyam Sundar Goenka and his son Bharat Goenka in the year 1986 under the name of a company headed by S.S Goenka himself Peutronics. Currently Bharat Goenka is the Managing Director of the company and the company head quartered at Bangalore India.
Company has an annual turnover of US $90 million (2011- 2012).
