Sai Prasad Panda (born: 30 September 1996) is an Actor, Producer and a renowned Director in Odia film Industry. His latest directorial short film 'Hawaiian Shirt' is an instant hit on Youtube and is being praised by almost all critics in the industry. Sai debuted with "Kagaja Danga" as a lead actor, which catapulted him as a star in Odia film Industry.

Early life and education


Sai Prasad Panda was born to a modest and educated family to father Abhimanyu Panda who is Bank Officer and mother Pragnya Paramita Panda who is a homemaker in a small town Nayagarh, Odisha. He did his matriculation from Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir and B.tech from GITA Engineering College, Bhubaneswar.

Awards and recognitions

  • National Children Film Award in Deoghar in 2018 named "JHARAPHULA" as a producer and assistant director.
  • Acted as a lead character in a short film named "LIFE IN CARDS" which was selected in the top 5 in Shristi International Film Festival.
  • Best Music video Award In Ollywood Cine Award named "KAGAJA DANGA".
  • Two awards from GITA vintage society.

Filmography

  • Music Video-"Kagaja Danga" as a Navy officer in the lead character.
  • Music video- "Maa" in the son's character.
  • Hawaiian shirt short film- Directed by him. Hawaiian shirt's simplicity and honest characterization compels you to get into it and be part of it all along the film. A must watch Odia short film. 




Sai currently working on multiple other films and which are due to be released the early next year 2020.
